Joy is Medicine
You will quickly find that joy is my secret ingredient. Healing can be a big and scary prospect. By adding joy into the diagnostic process I create a serene, healthy and uplifted environment for healing.
The Big 3
Hormones, mood and mystery illness make up the majority of my practice. I have developed special
protocols using nutrition, vitamins, minerals, test analysis to work with the following: what may be affecting your body, sleep, mood, anxiety, depression, insomnia hormonal health, fertility issues, menopause, low testosterone, chronic fatigue, asthma, autoimmune conditions, and much more.
Cranial sacral therapy is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that works with the bones and sacrospinal fluid of the head, spinal column and sacrum.
I went to see Dr. Blake as a stressed, tense, broken patient and she has been dedicated to identifying the underlying causes of my illness
and stress. I’m happy to report I’m now on a path to healing!
Before Dr. Blake, I suffered for years with adrenal fatigue and
hormonal imbalance, issues that no previous doctor had taken the time
to uncover. I appreciate that she considers lifestyle factors and makes recommendations that bring wellness to my whole self, not just the surface symptoms. It is a pleasure to visit with Dr. Blake because she is empathetic, she listens with intent to learn, and creates a customized, effective healing regimen. I've come a long way since I met her and I am incredibly grateful for her knowledge and guidance. I highly recommend!
